Moss Moloi

Moss’s career started in the telecommunications industry, working for Telkom as an industrial relations consultant and later on worked for reputable organizations such as Tastic Rice Corporation, SAB, ABI (Coca-Cola), South African Post Office and Spar Distribution Centre at both Middle Management and Executive Levels.

Moss also worked as a member of the Robert Bosch SA Company.

In 1998 Moss co-founded an Engineering company and later founded Moloi & Associates Human Resources Consultancy. He also has minority share in a Granite Mine situated in Brits. Moss has interests in various entrepreneurial initiatives and serves as co-founder member and Chairperson of the Board of the Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Empowerment Forum of SA (RAEFSA) and is a member of NAFCOC, and the Black Management Forum.

Nico Oosthuizen CA(SA)

Nico Oosthuizen is a qualified chartered accountant with experience in the banking industry, with special reference to private equity transactions. Having spent several years working for Ernst & Young where he specialized in the Commercial Banking and Insurance Sector, his clients included amongst others Investec, ABSA, RMA and Alexander Forbes.

  1. Assisted with the listing of Investec Plc in London during 2001.
  2. Assisted Deloitte Consulting during Vodacom’s buy-out of Smartcall.
  3. Assisted Deloitte Consulting in providing Deutsche Bank with Credit Analyst Services on an outsourced basis.
 

Dawie Griesel CA(SA)

Dawie Griesel is a qualified chartered accountant and has previously specialized in Banking, Treasury and Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young where he started his career. Dawie’s expertise centres on his proficiency with specific regards to due diligence phase and deal formalization.

  1. Treasury experience at Investec, Absa, Teba Bank, Anglo Gold and Tiger Brands.
  2. Part of the international team that assisted Xstrata in the listing on the London Stock Exchange.
  3. Extensive consultancy experience within the Oil and Gas industry, with clients that included SASOL, Petro SA and NNPC (Nigeria).
Executive Managment

Muller Coetzee – Group Financial Accountant

Muller Coetzee studied BCom Financial Management at the University of Pretoria. From there he moved to a medium sized audit firm, where as Audit Manager, he gained extensive experience in auditing, accounting and tax planning.

For the past seven years Muller honed his skills in the private sector as Financial Manager for a leading fresh produce supplier before joining Premier Brands Holdings in April 2007.
